Relational Interconnection
Holistic psychotherapy is an integrative approach to understanding the relationship and interconnectivity of the soul (mind), body, and spirit.
Holistic psychotherapy recognizes the synergistic relationship between a person’s beliefs and perceptions, thoughts and thinking, emotions and feelings, and behaviors and actions.
As an integrated whole made up of a spirit, soul, and body, relationally and emotionally wounded and traumatized people require a multidimensional healing process that addresses all aspects of their created selves. Addressing only one dimension of a person’s pain would be an incomplete and substandard approach to health, healing, and wholeness.
As a holistic psychotherapist, I understand the need to explore all aspects of a person’s being including their relational, emotional, behavioral and spiritual needs.
Your Spirit
This is the real you, the core of your being.
Your spirit is the life-giving part of you. You cannot control your spirit through your emotions or physical body.
Your spirit cannot be naturally seen or felt it must be spiritually discerned, healed and transformed.
Your Soul
The intermediary between your spirit and your body. It will align with either your spirit or your soul…whichever is dominant.
Your soul contains your imagination, your conscience, your memories, emotions, mental (reason), and affections.
Your mind, emotions, conscience etc., are influenced by either your spirit or your body. You can’t see your soul but you can feel it.
Your Body
Your physical body sees, tastes, smells, hears, and feels.
It is connected to the physical realm…you can both see and feel your physical body.
It can both direct and dictate to the soul (outside-in) or be directed and dictated to by the soul (inside-out).
“The very God of peace sanctify you wholly, and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ”
~ 1 Thessalonians 5:23
Talk Therapy that Dives Deep
Holistic psychotherapy is a form of talk therapy that recognizes and honors all aspects of a person’s life.
It is a healing process designed to bring congruence to the whole being, spirit, soul, and body.
It is an inside out process that begins with healing and transformation of the spirit and then aligns the soul and body sequentially.
Thus, it is a spiritual, internal process that manifests externally as multidimensional health, happiness, and wholeness.

“Relational and emotional distress and pain are not disorders to be treated but rather spiritual, relational, and emotional wounds and traumas to be healed in self, with others in a safe and supportive environment.”
