One of the most important, and often neglected, aspects of relational health is our ability to appreciate and maintain a healthy regard for ourselves. This healthy sense of self is a key aspect of relational health and wholeness. Call today to see how a healthy relationship with your Self can enhance the quality of your relationship with others.
Couples & Marriage Counseling
Couple and/or marriage counseling is a more in-depth form of relational care for partners experiencing serious relational breaches such as infidelity, lack of connection or distancing, a breakdown of communication, and/or separation. It is a more traditional form of therapy that explores past trauma, unresolved family of origin issues, and lingering resentments.
Marital mediation is a less intense and typically task-focused form of care designed to help couples build their communication and conflict resolution skills. This process promotes stability and growth and helps partners rediscover greater intimacy and connection.
Family Systems Coaching
Family systems coaching can help you learn the basics of family systems and the role intergenerational patterns play in marital and parenting relationships. Clients learn how to increase self-awareness, self-definition, and self-regulation which in turn helps the client better maintain a close and intimate relationship with the people they love!
Spiritual Sensitive Psychotherapy & Christian Counseling
Chrysalis Connections is available to provide spiritual direction and Christian counseling to those who wish to explore and expand their spiritual beliefs and perceptions. This service can be integrated into other forms of care such as premarriage, remarriage, or marital mediation at the client’s request.
PreMarriage and ReMarriage Preparation
Marriage is the journey of a lifetime and taking the time to discuss and develop a marriage blueprint with your future spouse only makes sense. Start your marriage off on the right foot by scheduling your appointment for a marriage preparation consultation.
Imagine a therapy practice that puts you and what matters to you first.
There is a reason I put a lot of effort into creating a safe, secure, and inviting space for my clients. People who have been relationally, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically impacted by life tend to appreciate an extra layer of security, care, and safety. Spirits, souls, and bodies tend to heal more fully when they feel accepted, protected and validated.
That’s why every aspect of my practice has been designed to provide a warm and inviting space where you can discuss the most sensitive relational situations and concerns without fear of rejection or judgment.
If you are ready to start your transformational journey to relational health, give me a call.
When you are ready, I’ll be here because at Chrysalis Connections, what matters most, is what matters to you!

What is the difference between marriage counseling, coaching and mediation?
Individual and marital counseling is generally a more in-depth process that explores a person’s past, present, and future. Counseling considers a person’s relational, emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual concerns and seeks to resolve long-standing relational breaches, trauma and emotional distresses.
Family systems coaching is a process of exploring the family unit as a whole, and the individual members who make up the whole. It is designed to help individuals, couples, and families better understand the intergeneration patterns that influence their familial unit and improve their individual and interconnected relationships.
Marital mediation is a less intense and more task orientated service designed to help marital clients build healthy communication and conflict resolution skills. Marital mediation is an effective method for resolving conflict, increasing intimacy, and building safety.
What is the cost?
An individual appointment is $120 and lasts a full 60-minutes.
A multi-client appointment is $135 and lasts a full 60-minutes.
Clients have to option to extend their session by up to 30 minutes.
Clients can also choose extended 2 hr. appointments if they feel additional time would be beneficial to their care and development.
A two-hour individual appointmentment is $240
A two-hour multi-person appointment is $270.
How long does therapy or coaching last?
The amount of time a person, couple or family spends in therapy or coaching varies according to the need.
It might help to think of psychotherapy and family systems coaching as a crockpot rather than a microwave.
Longevity is more important than frequency.
